The future home of Hyde Park Pediatric Dentistry showcases a contemporary design of clean, simple aesthetics that compliments the historic character of the Oakley neighborhood. The building features a traditional storefront to compliment neighboring buildings and the addition of a rooftop patio provides a relaxing space for coworkers to enjoy. The new design takes advantage of an existing surface parking lot to expand the space to almost double the original size, giving the practice 5,104 SF in which to expand and grow.
The creation of a to-scale model aids in designing the new structure to ensure it compliments the existing aesthetics of the business district while also positively impacting the local community.
