MSA was retained by the township to prepare an overall review of township facilities with an additional fire department response time analysis. This study reviewed the needs for a new township administration facility, future fire sub-stations and public works facilities. This study prepared options that would allow the township to phase in future facilities as needs and funding sources dictated. There were numerous site studies that examined township owned property and property that availed itself to mixed-use development projects. There were also studies that showed creating a government campus format that could allow the township to consolidate services and operational costs.
