Five years after the completion of their District-wide school facilities improvements, the Board of Education of the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District elected to look at the condition of their extra-curricular facilities. MSA was hired to review the conditions of their performing arts, physical education, and inter-scholastic sports facilities with the task of creating a “road map” of immediate and long-term improvements.
A comprehensive engagement process involved all stakeholders for each of the facilities including community members, staff, faculty, coaches, boosters, students, and the Board of Education.
Long term Master Plans were developed for the Outdoor Athletic Complex, Indoor Athletic Facilities, and the Performing Arts areas. Each area has a distinct phasing plan divided into smaller projects which will allow the District to achieve smaller incremental steps towards the overall Master Plan goals.
