MSA was retained by Grove City to conduct an overall facility review and evaluation of the Grove City Safety Complex, paying special attention to the space utilization of the building. The conclusion of the study recommended an extensive HVAC system upgrade. The overall system upgrade provided the department with advanced temperature and humidity control to reduce moisture-related issues. The systems were also re-designed to accommodate increased computer usage and additional communications equipment. The next system upgrade included a new emergency generator enabling the entire facility to act as disaster relief center. The final phase of the project included exterior renovations and upgrades.
