The Special Events group at Great American Ball Park hired MSA to provide Graphic Design services for their marketing collateral. With several spaces and rooms available for hosted events at the Ball Park, the Special Events department needed a tool to professionally and accurately depict various room layouts for any and all events. Using the existing Special Events brochure as inspiration, MSA designed several individual templates for each facility. These fully branded, informational graphics are customizable, allowing the Special Events team to adjust occupancy and table set-ups for each prospective client. The sheets can then be printed in-house or emailed to the client contact. The new designs show a level of professionalism expected of the Reds organization, while providing assurance and visual understanding to prospective clients and vendors.
