New Construction & Renovation

Xavier University Williams College of Business

Cincinnati, OH

With the development of the Hoff Academic Quad, Xavier University has embarked on the largest capital improvement project in its 175-year history. Phase 1a of the project includes three new campus buildings, major building renovations, and the development of a new campus entry and academic quad coupled with major campus utility and infrastructure improvements.

Xavier University selected the design team of MSA and Shepley Bulfinch to complete the projects. While Shepley is ultimately responsible for the overall design strategies of the work, MSA is specifically responsible for local representation for the entirety of the work, including coordination of the new 85,000 SF Learning Commons and the new 88,000 SF Williams College of Business; overall management of the site and landscape work for the entire Hoff Quad; the complete design and execution of the Central Utility Plant; and renovations to the McDonald Library the Schott Hall faculty offices
