Renovation

Live Oaks Career Campus

Milford, OH

MSA has been working to implement a phased renovation strategy at the Live Oaks Campus of the Great Oaks Institute of Technology & Career Development, constructed in the early 1970’s. The construction phases on the project have largely occurred during the 2 1/2 month summer breaks, which required close coordination with the Faculty of the campus and selected contractors.

The projects at Live Oaks have involved a new two-story enclosed, yet visibly opened, Cybrary and administrative offices, renovations of all primary labs and instructional classroom spaces, an Early Childhood Development Instructional Lab, Practical Nursing Lab, Cosmetology lab, Biotech Forensic Science Lab, Animal Sciences & Veterinarian Technology Labs, new environmental graphics/way finding systems; and extensive life safety and mechanical upgrades.

Future plans for the campus include MSA leading the efforts on a new campus master plan, with multiple additions for the expanding program.
