MSA is serving as Architect for this $14 million renovated and expanded K-5 Elementary School for 933 students. The project includes 90,000 sf of renovations and 25,000 sf of additions to this 1980’s building. The design concept is to develop separate K-5 learning communities within the overall complex. Special attention will be placed upon breaking down the scale of the structure so that it feels like smaller, separate community school within the larger whole.
The project is designed to be LEED Silver and incorporates geothermal as a primary source for heating and cooling.
